Resetting, Restarting, or Force Closing The App

During the following situations, you may need to restart Change on your device: 

  • The app has frozen and is unresponsive.
  • The app is running slow.
  • The device settings have been changed or updated.

Before restarting, make sure the current order is suspended. 

Restarting or Closing The App in iOS 7

  1. Double tap the Home Button on your device. This will display a preview of all running apps.
  2. Swipe left or right until the Change preview is located in the middle of your screen.
  3. Swipe Change's preview image UP to the top of your screen, making it disappear.
  4. Now Change is completely closed. To reopen, return to your home screen and tap the Change icon. 

Restarting or Closing The App in iOS 6

  1. Double tap the Home Button on your device. A multitasking bar will appear at the bottom of the screen displaying all running apps.
  2. Tap and hold the Change app icon. This will cause all app icons to wiggle and a red minus sign to appear on each of them.
  3. Tap the red minus sign on the Change icon to close the app.
  4. Now Change is completely closed. To reopen, return to your home screen and tap the Change icon.
