Modifiers are free-form notes that can be attached to specific items, most often preparation instructions, but they can really be used in a variety of ways. Modifiers appear below the item on the receipt and also print to the kitchen.
For instance:
- Gluten Free
- No Mayo
- Medium-Rare
- As Appetizer
