If you log into the Change Dashboard and notice your session reports missing, it may be because the app hasn't fully uploaded all your information yet.
To check on this, open Change on your device and make sure it it connected to the internet. At the very top of the Order Journal, you'll find a thin gray bar that indicates whether or not the app has fully synced.
Synced - All information has been synced and should now be available online.
Syncing - There is information currently uploading. Leave the app open and connected to the internet to finish syncing.
Paused - This means there is information to be uploaded, but syncing is currently paused because the device is not connected to the internet. The time and date listed indicate the last time the app was synced. Once the app sees an internet connection again, it will finish syncing.
